I have two pronged advice for that
one is good
I don’t trust anyone who doesn’t hate themselves. I find it pretty natural and healthy in anyone who is halfway decent
and the second is
i dunno, informed by the first part

I’m way too sleepy to go into the many reasons, so I’ll offer you the case study of myself and tell you that I think you are super dope and extra baller and one of my favorite people of all time
and I figure that’s a pretty good argument
like, I hate myself so much, all the time
and if it weren’t for so many people that I think are super great telling me that I’m not as deplorable as I think I am
I’d have offed myself years ago
and I know that you think that I am super great
so I’m telling you that, not only are you not as deplorable as you think you are, but that you are super dope and extra baller
